The 2013 OKC Nationals race has been rescheduled.  The race will now return June 6-8, 2014 on the Oklahoma River.  The OKC Nationals will become one of the featured races of the 2014 National Drag Boat Association Race Series. The NDBA Race Series will include races in Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, OKC and St. Louis. The NDBA, celebrating its 50th Anniversary in 2014, recently moved its headquarters to Oklahoma City.  The association is purchasing new equipment for the 2014 race season!  In addition to the June race in 2014, Oklahoma City will also host theUSA National Drag Boat Championship Race.  The Oklahoma City race venue, which also serves as an official training site for USA Olympic Rowing & Kayaking, is the nation’s only venue that offers racing under the lights for the sport of drag boat racing!  The OklahomaRiver is recognized as one of the best venues for drag boat racing in the United States. Oklahoma City’s central location is easily accessible from I-35, I-40 and I-44.  Race teams and race fans alike enjoy the close proximity to the Bricktown Entertainment District, affordable hotel choices just blocks from the race site and Oklahoma City’s hospitality!
