$500 Vendor Registration Fee for Three-Day Event Weekend
Vendor receives 10’ x 10’ space – vendor provides own tent/structure with the approval of OKC Nationals. Vendor must follow “Vendor Guidelines.” Tents, tables and chairs may be rented through OKC Nationals and Marianne’s Party Rental.

$750 Vendor Registration for Three-Day Event Weekend
Includes 4-sided 10’x 10’ tent, 4 VIP Weekend Passes, 1 VIP Parking Pass, Website Recognition, and Official Souvenir Race Programs.

$1,000 Vendor Registration for Three-Day Event Weekend
Includes 4-sided 20’x 20’ tent or 10’x 20’ tent, tables & chairs, additional space for static display, 4 VIP Weekend Passes, 2 VIP Parking Passes, Website Recognition and Official Souvenir Race Programs.


VENDOR GUIDELINES:
Vendors must be set up by Thursday, June 9
Overnight security will be provided
Vendors responsible for paying appropriate sales taxes and fees
Vendor must provide certificate of insurance
Vendors do not pay OKC Nationals commissions from the sale of goods and services
Vendor may start “tear down” after 5pm on Sunday, June 12
